VITAS Financial Policy for CPE

Application Fee: $35.00 (Non-refundable) This fee should be submitted with each application in order to ensure the review of application materials and to proceed with the admissions interview necessary for full consideration for any VITAS accredited educational site.

Acceptance Fee: $100.00 (Non-refundable)

Upon the receipt of a letter of acceptance, a fee of $100.00 will secure placement in the educational group.

Fees for VITAS staff:
Regional Registration fees only

Clinical Pastoral Education is a benefit VITAS has chosen to provide to appropriate staff. The ACPE application and interview process shall be followed. All policies are applicable. The only fee required of VITAS staff is the ACPE Regional Registration fee.

Individual total fees shall be $535.00. Total fees are due on the first day of the unit unless other arrangements are made in writing.

All fees shall be paid before the unit is registered.

All fees shall be paid to VITAS.
The checks or cash are deposited in a General Ledger account at each educational site in the VITAS system. The ACPE supervisor at that site shall be responsible for working with VITAS staff to facilitate payment of these educational fees.
