Units will meet weekly from 4 to 9 p.m. for 30 sessions. Individual supervision will take place semi-weekly throughout the unit. In addition, students will be required to complete 10 hours or more per week of clinical work with patients and families.

A supervisory unit will be offered. Supervisory students will particiate/observe the extended unit and meet the following day to reflect upon its process, present their papers and share didactic seminars. Lead ACPE supervisor for these units will be Mary Carole Nelson:Roman Catholic, B.A. Notre Dame of Maryland, M.A. Fairfield University, specialization in counseling at LaJalle. She is also a member of the National Association of Catholic Chaplains Certification Commission.
